First part of getting started here at Mafia Addicts is to register a account on the forums. Once you do that please verify the email that we send to you. Sometimes this email may go to the spam/junk folder, if that happens to be the case mark it safe then click the link in there.

Starting On The Forums

After you confirm the email that is sent to you, get active on the forums. For members that first start out it can be somewhat hard to understand what is going on. We always ask that new members tell us a little about themselves and let us know about them. Mafia Addicts is full of Mafia Wars players who take enjoyment in the game. We talk and get to know each other, so check out the introductions section to begin with and tell us about yourself. Afterwards head over to the forum games and join in on the activities to up your post counts. Some people ask what is the point of posting, well the answer is simple, for members that post more we put you higher on the list, once you hit the "Top 10" posters you are then placed at the top of the list. So more posts= more daily adds.

Getting The Adds

Getting the adds can be a hard part for members, some people come to us with little knowledge of how this all operates. Well lets break it down into some easy to understand steps. First we will start with your myspace account. Go to your account settings> privacy> spam settings. In that area you need to uncheck the boxs that say "Require Last Name/Email" and the option for "Allow users under/over age 18 to contact you" When that is done click save changes.

Next come to the forums cause at this point you should have a account with us. Go to your pictures or something on your profile that will give a number up top. In the url box you will see something that says "friend_id=1234567" and that 1234567 is actually your friend id which will come in very handy here at Mafia Addicts. Go to the recruit grounds and scroll to the bottom and in the Quick reply box click paste or type the number then click reply and your name is now added to the list. We do review all requests and you will not be added if you ask for "Last Name/Email" so please remove that feature.

Getting To The Top Of The List

Want to gain a large crowd? Well that's the easy part for you, all that you have to do is go to the Add Site and enter in your friend id then from there add current members there.
